I’m still around, I am still rockin’ out, though at this time I am putting much more focus on my band “Born Frustrated” than my solo project. But I am still working on new material for Soxic Music and I more or less have the 14 or so songs that will be on the next album. That’s it for now…see ya!

Daniel picked up the acoustic guitar at a private show and rocked out a couple of songs from the album “Sympaticus”. Here is the acoustic live version of the hit single “Keep the lights on”. Fans can be heard singing beautifully along in the background. Also below is some pictures from the performance.

“Sympaticus” has only been out a couple of months and I am already plotting, planning. I want to release another album as soon as I fucking can. I can’t help it. Music is my drug and so I write, write and write. I love to create, it’s what I do. So now I sit here with 11 newly written songs. Enough to release another album. But I want to write at least as many more and pick the best of the best. This time I want an album that’s more straight forward. I want to go back to the roots. Simple poprock, drums, guitar and bass. Simplicity is the key. Think Ramones…that’s where I’m going. If the last album was “Sandinista” by The Clash I want my next album to be The Ramones “Rocket to Russia”.

I hope to release the album during 2010 but at this point it is impossible to say. I need to write more songs and right now I put most of the focus on my band “Born Frustrated”. But with some hard work I’ll get there.
